红细胞钾作为乳牛耐热性选择指标的遗传可靠性研究
STUDIDE ON THE HEREDIITY RELIABILITY OF POTASSIUM CONTENT IN ERYTHROCTES AS A HEAT-TOLERANT INDEX OF DAIRY CATTLE
【摘要】 分别在热应激和非热应激期间对6头种公牛和40对母女牛采血,测定红细胞钾的遗传性,并用其他耐热性指标检验红细胞钾作为耐热性选择指标的遗传可靠性。结果,红细胞钾的遗传力,用公牛内半同胞法估计为0.248,用公牛内母女回归法估计为0.387。双亲协同遗传效应较单亲明显。双亲红细胞钾对女儿红细胞钾、直肠温度、呼吸率、血红蛋白、皮质醇和产奶量均有一定影响,红细胞钾作为耐热性选择指标是可靠的。
【Abstract】 Six Holstein bulls and their 40 mated cows and 40 daughters were selected in this experiment.Cattle blood was sampled both in heat stress and nonheat stress period.The heredity of the potassiumcontent in erythrocytes was determined,and its heredity reliability as a heat tolerant index was examined byother assessing indexes.The potassium content showed a heredity to some extent.Estimates of heritabilitywere 0.248 and 0.387 with regard to the father and mother respectively.Both parents’cooperative heredityis more significant than single parent’s.Heredity reliability and significance of the potassium content inerytyrocytes as a selecting index of dairy cattle’s heat tolerance were discussed,and theoretical evidence forbreeding heat tolerant strains in Holstein carrles was provided.
