异黄酮植物雌激素对小鼠免疫功能的影响
EFFECTS OF ISOFLAVON IC PHYTOESTROGEN ON IMMUNE FUNCTION IN MICE
【摘要】 每天给小鼠灌服异黄酮植物雌激素芒柄花素(For)或大豆黄酮(Da)20mg/kg,连续7d,明显提高正常小鼠胸腺重量和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,提高空斑形成细胞的溶血能力和外周血 T 淋巴细胞百分率;体外试验表明:50μg/ml 的 For 或 Da 明显促进植物血凝素(PHA)诱导的甲基-~3H 胸腺嘧啶核苷(methyl-~3H Tdg)参入的淋巴细胞转化。
【Abstract】 The effects of isoflavonic phytoestrogen,formononetin(For)or daidzein(Da),on immunesystems in normal swiss mice were studied.At the ig doses of 20mg/(kg.d)×7d,For or Da increasedthymus weight,phagocytosing function of peritoneal macrophages,hemolytic ability of plaque formingcells and the number of mature T lymphocyte in peripheral blood.For or Da 50μg/ml also promotedlymphocyte transformation of(methyl-~3H)TdR incorporation induced by PHA in vitro.
