蜜蜂和植物花螺原体对蜜蜂的致病性及其血清学关系
PATHOGENICITY AND SEROLOGICAL RELATIONSHIP OF SPIROPLASMA FROM HONEY-BEE AND SARF ACE OF PLANT FLOWERS
【摘要】 从各地的蜜蜂和植物花上得到70多个螺原体(spiroplasma)分离物.用微量注射法接种健康蜜蜂,证明在蜜蜂和植物花上分离到的螺原体均对蜜蜂致病,并引起死亡.每头蜜蜂接种量:蜜蜂代表分离物Hs-1为1.4×10~7,荆条花的分离物 Fs-14为3.4×10~8,接种后3~6d,供试蜜蜂100%死亡,而对照蜜蜂全部存活.血清学的变形试验和 ELISA 方法测定各螺原体分离物血清学关系的结果,证明蜜蜂螺原体的抗血清,对蜜蜂上和植物花上分离到的螺原体大多数分离物都呈阳性反应,但反应强弱有明显差异,说明其间血清学关系比较复杂.根据以前的研究和本实验的结果,目前我国在蜜蜂上和植物花上分离到的螺原体,主要应属于螺原体第Ⅰ血清组第Ⅰ—2亚组的成员.
【Abstract】 Seventy spiroplasma isolates were isolated from honey-bee and plant flowers at differentprovinces in China.They were all pathogenic and lathal to honey-bee inoculated with microinjectionmethod.About 3~6 days after inoculation,100% of honey-bee dead when each insect was infused 1.4×10~7 and 3.5×10~8 of the microbes in 2.5μl with strain Hs-1 and Fs-14 respectively.Serological studies withdeformation test and ELISA showed that the most isolates isolated both from honey-bee and from plantflowers all revealed the positive reaction with antiserum against honey-bee spiroplasma Hs-1,CH-1,flowers spiroplasma CA and CR-42.All of the isolates showed negative reaction with antiserum of 23-6(Group Ⅲ)and SR-3(Group Ⅳ).The previous studies have showed that CH-1 belongs to serogroupⅠ,subgroup Ⅰ-2.So it belongs to these isolates from honey-bee and flowers to be the members ofserogroup Ⅰ,subgroup Ⅰ-2.
