【Abstract】 A four-year test has showed that Velpar L herbicide is found suitable for site preparation, release of Chinese fir. Severe competitors in the region such as Dicranopteris dichotoma and Miscanthus floridulus are partially or totally controled by adequate rates of hexazinone.
