CO2激光器斯塔克效应稳频法的实验研究
Experimental Study of CO2—Laser Stable Frequency by Stark Effect
【摘要】 介绍了将斯塔克(Stark)电光调制技术应用于CO2激光器稳频的基本原理与实验装置。实验表明:应用Stark电光调制技术于CO2激光器的稳频,可获得10-9量级的频率稳定度。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the basic principle and the experimentaldevices of application of Stark electro-optical modulation technique tothe CO2 -- Laser stable frequency are introduced. The experimentshows that 10-9 order frequency stability in the Stark CO2 -- laserstable frequency system can be obtained, if Stark electro -- opticalmodulation techmique is used in CO2--laser stable frequency.
