激光辐照工艺参数对提高30CrMnSiA钢的门槛值和剩余寿命的影响

【摘要】 对使用的结构材料采用激光辐照表面处理技术以提高其抗疲劳断裂的性能,一直是近年来研究的热点。本文的研究结果表明,在合理的激光辐照工艺参数下,对提高30CrMnSiA钢的疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值△Kth、延长其剩余寿命有明显的效果。可望该技术能作为延寿手段在工程构件中得到应用。

【Abstract】 It has been a researching subject to machine existing materials to obtain required properties. With the development of laser technology and appearance of large-power laser beam,the concept of laser beam irradiation was proposed to improve the anti-fatigue properties. In this paper,the effects of parameter on fatigue properties of aeronautial structure alloy steel 30CrMnSiA by laser beam irradiation were studied. It was discussed how to dect the best parameters,such as power,square of the laser beam,density of power and its distribution form and the speed of laser beam. A new equation of FGCR was presented. The results of irradiation were obvious. It is expected that the new technique will be widely used in engineering.
