磷钨钼-罗丹明B-PVA法测定痕量磷

【摘要】 研究了钨酸盐和还原剂对溶液中罗丹明 B(RhB)-杂多阴离子缔合物稳定性的影响。结果表明,含钨杂多阴离子的形成、杂多阴离子被还原及 PVA 的加入都能提高离子缔合物的稳定性。利用 RhB-磷钨钼杂多酸-PVA 的快速、稳定、灵敏的显色体系,建立了一种水相测磷的新方法。该离子缔合物在578nm 处有最大吸收。在工作波长580nm 处,缔合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为1.3×105L·mol()·cm-1。该体系在0.X~9.0μg P(V)/100ml 范围内符合比尔定律。

【Abstract】 The effects of WO42-,reductants and surfactants were investigated on the stability of rho- damine B-heteropolyanion associate in aqueous solution.The results show that the stability of the as- sociate was increased by the formation of the heteropolyanion containing tungsten,the reduction of the heteropolyanion and the addition of surfactants such as PVA. A raipd,stable and sensitive colour reaction of rhodamine B(RhB)-phosphomolybdenotungstate- PVA system was developed for the direct determination of phosphorus in aqueous solution.The ion- assciate exhibits maximum absorptivity at 578 nm as referred to the blank solution without phospho- rus.At the working wavelength of 580nm its apparent molar absorptivity was found to be 1.3×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0.X to 9.0 μg of P(V)per 100ml.
