用等离子光谱法测定江西珍眉及其茶汤中的无机元素含量

【摘要】 用等离子发射光谱法测定了江西珍眉系列共八个出口标准茶样及茶汤中的无机元素的含量。多元素同时分析法测定的元素有K、Na、Mg、Ca、S、P、Al、B、Fe、Mn、Cr、Cu、Zn;连续法测定的元素有Ba、Sr、Mo、Co、Ni。本文还探讨了珍眉品质等级与这些元素含量之间的相关关系。

【Abstract】 The contents of minerals and trace elemenuts in eight Standard Tea—Sample and infusions of export green tea Chumee from Jiangxi Province were meosused with inductively coupled plsama—atomic emission spectrometry (ICP—AES). The following element K、Ca、Mg、P、S、Al、Mn、Fe、Zn、Na、B、Cu、Cr in tea samples and infusions analysed were determined by simultaneous multi-element aualysis, while the elements Ba、Sr、Mo、Co、Ni were measured by the subsequenz method. In this paper the correlation between the concentration of the element mentioned above and tha quality—grade of green tea Chunmee were also discussed.
