【Abstract】 The taste ability of phenylthiocarbamide (PTC) was studied from persons of Buyi of nationalities, in Guizhou Province using the threshold-method and totally 708 peoples were investigated. The result shows that threshold of Buyi nat!onality is 9.32±2.0,and the frequency of taste-blindness is 5.2±. There is a significant difference in the taste threshold between sexes(P<0.01),and the difference of the frequency of taste-blindness between Sexes is also significant (P<0.05)更多还原
