【摘要】 阳泉,晋城及龙岩三种无烟煤在中试厂成型,制成工业型煤,并且测定了它的抗压强度、落下强度及热稳定性。测定结果证明,它们的这些性能优于目前工业上使用的粘土煤球及石灰碳化煤球。在φ80mm及φ3m造气炉内进行了试验。试验结果表明,煤气组成、热值及产气量与块煤基本相同,煤气炉内各处的压力均在正常操作范围之内,故可能作为块煤的代用原料用于煤气炉中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three ahthracites form Yangquan, Jincheng and Longyan were briquetted in pilot plant The compressive strength, shatter strength and thermal stability of the briquettes have been measured to evaluate the qualities. The results of the measurement indicated that the qualities of the briquettes were better than that of clay briquette and limecarbonized briquette. Pilot and industrial gasification tests were carried out in a φ80mm and a φ3m gas producer. The results of the gasification tests show that the briquettes may use as a substitute for lump coal in a gas producer.更多还原
