提高单体液压支柱工作面经济效益的途径
Measures for Increasing Economic Benefits of Face Equipped with Hydraulic Props
【摘要】 论述了我国煤矿历年来使用单体液压支柱的基本情况,根据大量数据分析,认为我国煤矿使用单体液压支柱经济上是合理的,一年左右即可把支柱全部投资收回。指出提高单体液压支柱工作面经济效益潜力很大,提高工作面平均单产、合理确定支护密度、减少支柱用量、提高支柱使用率、降低维修费用等是提高单体液压支柱工作面经济效益的主要途径。
【Abstract】 The paper analyses economic benefits used hydraulic props at coal mines in China. Prime cost of face equipped with hydraulic props is two times as much as that equipped with frictional props and one fifth as much as that of fully mechanized face. Output and efficiency of face equipped with hydraulic props obviously. Net increased output value per year is much higher than prime cost. Consumption of wood and emulsifying oil at face equipped hydraulic props decreased very much. To increase economic benefits of face equipped hydraulic props, the auther point out that it is necessary to increase average output of hydraulic prop face; determinate supporting density reasonably; decrease amount of hydraulic props per face: increase rate used hydraulic props by strengthening management; decrease maintenance cost and so on.
