【Abstract】 ZKD high water quick setting material is a special mixed cement for mine filling and grouting. The ZKD material has two parts. One is main material and the other is burden. They are made of calcium sulfa-aluminate cement grog, gypsium, lime, suspension agent, super slow setting agent, quick setting agent, early strangth agent and ect. The ZKD material has been commerially produced with a vertical kiln in Xuzhou Coal Mine Cement Mill. The production of the main material is similar to conventional cement. The burden production is including crushing, grinding and packing. At a condition of cement water ratio 2. 5:1, the ZKD material will have a pumping time greater then 24 hrs and initial setting time of 18min. The compressive strenght could be 1. 25 MPa after 2 hrs,2. 49 MPa after 24 hrs, 2. 73 MPa after 3 days and 2. 8 MPa after 7 days. The material are applied to roadway rib filling, back filling at rear of powered supports at Jiahe Mine of Xuzhou Coal Mining Administration,No. 4 Mine of Hebi Coal Mining Administration and other mine with good results.更多还原
