交联壳聚糖渗透蒸发膜分离乙醇—水
Pervaporation Separation of Ethanol-Water Mixtures Using Crosslinked Chitosan/PAN Membrane
【摘要】 对壳聚糖/聚丙烯腈复合膜分别用戊二醛、硫酸、硫酸镍溶液进行了交联改性。交联后,分离选择性(α)大为提高。对戊二醛交联膜进行了乙醇水溶液的分离性能研究,结果表明,50℃、料液中合水率小于45%时,α大于670,渗透通量为100~700g/m~2·h。
【Abstract】 To improve the separation selectivity of pervaporation,chitosan/PAN membrane was crosslinked with NiSO4,H2SO4 and glutaraldehyde. The latter agent was especially effective.The results show that the high selectivity membrane is with separation factor (α) more than 700 and the permeation rate (J) 100~700g/m2·h at water content within feed 50% and 50℃.
