木片料床透气率与含水率和密度的关系

【摘要】 通过实验,对杨木、桦木、椴木和榆木四种树种的木片散堆料床,在不同含水率及堆密度条件下的透气率作了研究。实验研究结果表明,当绝干密度不变时,木片料床的透气率随木片含水率的增大而减小。含水率在30%~80%范围内,透气率随含水率的变化比较平缓。当含水率从绝干增至10%时,木片料床的透气率急剧减小,说明木片从绝干至含水率略有升高时,含水率对木片料床透气率的影响极为显著。木片的含水率不变,透气率随木片料床堆密度的增大而减小。

【Abstract】 Air permeabilities of four kinds of wood chip aggregates of different species such as poplar, birch, basswood and elm were experimentally studied. The results showed that when dry density of chip bed maintained as constant, air permeabilities of the materials decreased with the increasing of moisture content(MC). When MC was around 30%~80%, the variation of air permeabilities with respect to MC was not as much as that when wood chip was changing from oven dry to about 10% MC. This visualizes that from oven dry upto 10% MC, the influence of MC on air permeabilities of wood chip bed is very significant. When MC maintained as constant, air permeabilities decreased with the increasing of chip bed density.
