【摘要】 用组化技术对荷瘤小鼠不同时期免疫器官的变化进行观察,结果发现荷瘤小鼠早、中期免疫器官处于增生状态,吞噬细胞反应明显,免疫应答较强,但在终末期,荷瘤小鼠的免疫器官萎缩、纤维化,应答反应低下。说明荷瘤小鼠早、中期免疫器官受肿瘤细胞抗原的刺激产生免疫应答,对机体产生保护性反应,而晚期的免疫器官萎缩、纤维化、功能受到抑制,对机体无明显防御反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 The immunologic organs of the mice with malignant melanoma were studied at various stages with histochemical technique,which showed that the immunologic organs of the mice with the tu- mor in early and medium stage were proliferative and the macrophages in immunologic organs were in high activities and the immuologic response were also intensive;but in late life of the mice with the tumor,the immunologic organs were atrophic,fibrostic and lower in function.It showed us that the immunologic organs of the mice with the malignant tumor in early period produced re- jecting response to the tumor cells but later they were out of function toward the tumor cells.更多还原
