癫痫与血液中钙镁含量关系的研究
STUDIES ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE EPILEPSY AND SERUM LEVEL OF CALCIUM AND MAGNESIUM
【摘要】 用原子吸收分光光度法对未经抗癫痫治疗的10例原发性癫痫小儿患者血清 Ca2+,Mg2+的含量进行测定;通过动物实验观察家兔血液 Ca2+,Mg2+浓度变化对青霉素引起的癫痫样放电的影响。结果是癫痫患儿组血清 Ca2+含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而两组 Mg2+含量差异无显著性(P>0.05);当提高家兔血钙浓度时,能延长青霉素致痫的潜伏期,抑制癫痫发放的频率和振幅,而提高血镁浓度时无明显变化。动物实验结果证明了癫痫患儿血清 Ca2+含量低的测定结果是合理的,当血液中 Ca2+含量降低时,神经肌肉的兴奋性增高,由此可诱发痫样放电或癫痫发作。
【Abstract】 The serum concentration of calcium and magnesium in 10 cases of untreated idiopathic epileptic children and effects of serum calcium and magnesium on epileptic bursts of penicillin-in- duced epileptic rabbists were investigated with atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results indicated that serum concentration of calcium in epileptic children are significantly reduced(P< 0.01)but magnesium unchanged(P>0.05)compared with control group;intravenous injection of calcium chloride can delay the epileptic bursts induced by penicillin and inhibit the frepuency and amplitude of epileptic bursts,but little change is revealed by elevation of serum magnesium;This indicated that the results in animal experment are consistent with that in epileptic children,the re- duction of serum calcium may elevate the nervous and muscular excitation which could evoke the epileptic bursts.
