考虑相邻齿啮合影响的直齿圆柱齿轮本体非稳态温度场分析

【摘要】 齿轮本体瞬态温度场对研究齿轮胶合问题非常重要。本文考虑相邻齿啮合影响对立齿圆柱齿轮的瞬态温度场进行了有限元分析。获得了啮合特征点D随啮合次数变化的温度,得到D点温度随时间变化的结果,得出在齿轮本体瞬态温度场计算时对流换热系数对结果影响很大的结论。

【Abstract】 The instantaneous bulk temperature field the gear is very important for the study of scoring of gears. In this paper, the affect of beside gear teeth is consided and the calculation of the instantaneous bulk temperature field of the spur gear is carried out by the finite element method. The temperatures of critical point D which varies with the teeth contact times are obtained, also the flowing results are obtained: the instantaneous bulk temperature field of point D varies with tmes; the heat exchange coefficient has the very important affect to the instantaneous bulk temperature field.
