小麦灌浆构成因素与千粒重的分析

【摘要】 对14个不同基因型的小麦品种(系)的灌浆构成因素进行了研究。结果表明,平均灌浆速度、灌浆中期速度、最大灌浆速度、灌浆初期速度与千粒重呈极显著的正相关,平均灌浆速度、最大灌浆速度、灌浆持续期对千粒重的直接贡献最大,经过多元逐步回归分析,提出了影响千粒重的主要灌浆构成因素最优方程,讨论了在烟台市气候条件下选育小麦新品种对灌浆构成因素的要求。

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted with 14 genotypes of winter wheat. There were significantly positive correlations between mean speed of grain filling, speed in mid-stage of grain filling,the finest speed of grain filling,speed in the early stage of grain filling and thousand grain weight. Mean speed of grain filling, the finest speed of grain filling and grain filling period had most direct contrubutions to the thousand grain weight. With the method of multipe regression analysis, an optimum equation of the main grain filling components and grain weight was put forward. Under the climate of Yantai City, the demand for grain filling components, when selecting and breeding of winter wheat, was also discussed.
