【Abstract】 The author discusses several basic problems of macro regulation and control of timber circulation in China.a)purpose of regulation and control—— undertaking of social responsibility and coordination of internal system reformation; b)the main body of regulation and control——taking forestry sections as main gui- des;c)objects of regulation and control——timber commercial flows and material flows.Finally.the author puts forward the overall framework of macro regulation and control system of timber circulation,that is,the roles of purpose,main body and objects in regulation and control system and the overall system operation proced- ure.更多还原
