静电场处理对红星苹果贮藏品质的影响
Effect of static electric field treatment on storage quality of Starking apple
【摘要】 用静电场处理红星苹果果实，能有效地保持果实在贮藏期的硬度和可溶性固形物的含量，对呼吸强度有 明显的抑制作用，可延长果实寿命。
【Abstract】 Results suggested that treating Stubing applaes before storage on static electric field at 800v cm-1 for 5-60 seconds remarkably preserved fruit firmness and soluble solids during storage in a cold house at 0℃± 1℃ and 90%RH, significantly inhibited respiration and prolonged life span of fruit.
