宁南山区甘薯窖藏试验研究

【摘要】 安全贮藏是保证甘薯丰收保产的最后一个环节,也是甘薯能否在彭阳县及宁南山区大面积栽培的重要因素之一。本研究按照甘薯安全贮藏的要求,采用窖藏的方式,以筛选出安全可靠且经济省工的最佳窖藏深度。1991—1993两年试验结果表明,随着井窖深度的增加,窖内温度递增,而相对湿度则渐减;井窖深度以6米为最佳,其窖内平均温度和相对湿度分别为9.52℃和95.2%。结合当地气候和地形特点,红、茹河流域以井窖深6—7米为宜,北部山区以7—8米深为宜。

【Abstract】 In order to find out an optimum depth of the cellar for safe and simple storage of sweet potao (Ipomoea batatas Lam. ),the research was conducted in 1991 and in 1993. The results showed that with the depth of the cellar getting deeper the temperature in it gradually increased while the relative humidity decreased. When the depth was 6 meter,the optimum depth,the mean temperature and the relative humidity in the cellar were 9. 52℃ and 95. 2%, respectively. According to the local climate and topography.the optimum depth was 6 - 7 M and 7 - 8 M in the Honghe and Ruhe watershed and in the northern area of Pengyang County, respectively.
