【Abstract】 When cottonseed cakes are overincluded in animal feed, the animals will get poisoned, because the gossypol contained in the feed exceeds the tolerance of the animals. Better detoxification results can be obtained through detoxify the cottonseed cukes by means of either a physical or a chemical or a biological treatment before leeding. The paper presents the formulation and appling methods, feeding experiment status and results in the case of cottonseed cakes inclusion in the feeds for swines, carrles and carps. Containing no or little gossypol, nongland cottonseeds are not toxic to animals, therefore a new protein feedstuff resource.更多还原
