硫酸锰、硫酸钾生产新工艺的开发
Development of New Processes of Manganese Sulphate and Potassium Sulphate
【摘要】 介绍了硫酸锰和硫酸钾的生产工艺。硫酸锰用湿法工艺生产。以软锰矿为原料,以硫铁矿粉为还原剂,用硫酸进行酸解。酸解液经压滤净化,而后浓缩、干燥、粉碎,即得成品硫酸锰。在硫酸钾的生产过程中,利用当地丰富的副产品硫酸铵,与氯化钾进行复分解反应,生成硫酸钾和氯化铵。控制好浓度和温度,利用两种反应产物的溶解度之差,使硫酸钾结晶析出,甩干后即为成品。氯化铵母液经过盐析、冷冻结晶,分离出氯化铵,然后循环使用。这两种硫酸盐生产工艺的共同特点是,投资省,经济效益显著。
【Abstract】 The production processes of MnSO4 and K2SO4 are described. respectively. MnSO4 is produced in a wet process by decomposing pyro-lusite with H2SO4 while power pyrite is used as reductive agent for higher valence manganic ions, purification of MnSO4 solution in press filters, then concentration, drying and pulverization. In the process of K2SO4 production, K2SO4 and NH4C1 are formed by replacement reaction of KCI with (NH4)2SO4, a local plentiful supply of byproduct. K2SO4 is deposited from reaction solution by taking advantage of the difference in solubility between two salts at controlled concentration and temperature and then dryed. The parent solution is recirculated after separating from NH4C1 by salting-out and freezing crystallization. Both processes are characterized by low capital cost and significant benifit.
