【摘要】 取胃癌手术标本40例,经10%甲醛固定,甲苯胺蓝、Alcian蓝—藏红和GABE液染色,研究胃癌间质肥大细胞计数与癌恶性程度之间的关系。结果表明:胃癌间质肥大细胞的计数与胃癌恶性程度密切相关。恶性程度低组的肥大细胞计数显著高于恶性程度高组(P<0.005)。Alcian蓝—藏红(Csaba法)染色24h,能较好地显示胃癌间质肥大细胞。本文还就上述结果的意义进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the relationshipbetween the number of mast cells in the stromaof gastric carcinoma and the malignant degree ofcarcinoma,the mast cells in the stroma of 40cases of human gastric carcinoma were ob-served.The samples were fixed with 4%formaldehyde,stained with toluidine blue,AB—S and GABE.The results showed:thenumber of mast cells in the stroma of gastriccarcinoma is closedy related to the malignant de-gree of carcinma.The number of mast cells inlow malignant group of gastric carcinoma is sig-nificantly higher than those in high malignantgroup(P<O.001).Staining with AB—S for24h is a good method to show the mast cells inthe stroma of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
