C-Mn钢的延性断裂过程及其对脆断的影响
DUCTILE FRACTURE PROCESSES AND THEIR EFFECT ON BRITTLE FRACTURE OF C-Mn STEEL
【摘要】 对C-Mn钢三种取向的缺口冲击试样和裂纹静载试样的断裂分析表明,钢中按特定方向(轧向)分布的条片状的Mns夹杂物通过改变试样的延性断裂过程,进而影响了不同取向试样的解理倾向.
【Abstract】 It is verified in this paper through the fracture analysis of notched and precracked specimens sampled in three different orientations of a C-Mn steel that the distribution in rolling direction of strip-like MnS inclusions in the steel plays an important role in aherring the ductile fracture processes,which affect further the cleavage tendencies of the specimens in different sampling manners.
