超细晶粒形变热处理钢丝弹簧的应力松弛性能

【摘要】 研究了超细晶粒形变热处理钢丝制弹簧的应力松弛性能.试验结果表明,该钢丝弹簧具有较高的应力松弛抗力.在?=800MPa,T=80℃条件下,采用不同工艺制做的弹簧工作10年后的负荷损失率分别为:不经强压处理者为≤7.43%.经过冷强压处理者≤6.24%,经过热强压处理者≤1.86%;较国内某纺织厂现用的摇架簧的负荷损失率降低一半以上.采用TEM分析了松弛前后试样的微观组织.指出松弛过程中,不但存在着位错密度的变化,以及胞状亚结构的形成,微细碳化物的溶解与析出也是松弛过程的一个重要特征.

【Abstract】 The stress relaxation property of spring made of ultra-fine-grained and low temperature thermal me-chanical treatment steel wire has been studied.Experiment results showed the springs have high stress relaxation re-sistance property.The loss of load of springs by differently manufactured processes are 7.43%,6.24% and 1.86%,for no any preseted,cold preseted and hot presetedspring after ten years service,respectively,which is one time lower than in our textile mill.The microstructures of springs before or after stress relaxation testing have been analysed by TEM.There are not only the change of dislocation density and formation of dislocation cell substructure,but also the dissloution and precipitation of micro-fine carbides in the spring relaxation test.
