含贯穿裂缝和表面裂缝的低碳钢件冷脆行为的比较研究
A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE LOW-TEMPERATURE BRITTLENESS OF SPECIMENS WITH A THROUGH-THICKNESS CRACK AND A SURFACE FLAW
【摘要】 研究了分别含有贯穿裂缝和表面裂缝的16Mn钢弯曲试样的低温断裂行为,发现两组试样的冷脆特征温度T_c——即断裂载荷谷值对应的温度是一致的;在T_c温度处,断裂前的宏观塑性变形程度发生明显转折.
【Abstract】 In this paper,a coincidence in the characteristic transition temperature of brittleness T_c was reached on the basis of a comparative research into the low-temperature brittleness of specimens with a through-thickness crack and a surface flaw in slow bending tests.
