Mn7NbN奥氏体锰钢加工硬化的微观分析
MICROANAL YSES OF WORK-HARDENING IN Mn7NbN AUSTENITIC MANGANESE STEEL
【摘要】 利用扫描电镜、透射电镜和X射线分析研究了Mn7NbN奥氏体锰钢在非强烈冲击条件下的加工硬化微观机制.从微观角度阐明了此钢在加工硬化过程中的诱发马氏体相变、高密度位错和第二相粒子强化现象,从而提出了新的加工硬化理论.
【Abstract】 Micro-mechanism of work-hardening in Mn-7NbN austenitic steel has been investigated Under non-severe impact conditions by means of SEM.TEM and X-ray diffractometer.It has been expounded at a micro-angle that strain-induced martensite phase transformation,high density dislocation and secondary particles strengthening are produced in the course of work-hardening.A new theory about work-hardening is put forward.
