钛合金渗铝层的分析

【摘要】 用金相、扫描电镜、电子探针和x射线衍射方法,研究了钛合金渗铝层的显微组织、成分和相结构.结果表明:渗铝层厚度均匀,与基体平直相接,在渗层上有裂纹存在;渗层中Ti和Al的原子比接近TiAl3相;渗层的相组成主要是TiAl3,还有少量的TiAl和Ti3Al.

【Abstract】 The microstructure, chemical composition and phase composition of pack cementation aluminide coating on Ti alloy were observed and analyzed by means of the optical microscope, SEM, EPMA and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the coating was uniform in thickness and with planar morphology. It was observed that there were some transverse cracks in the coating. The atomic ratio between Ti and Al in the coating was close to the stoichiometry of TiAl3 plase, that is, the Ti∶Al=25∶75(at%). The phase composition of the coating was composed of the main TiAl3 phase and small amount of TiAl and Ti3Al phases.
