中锰耐磨钢齿板的强化机理分析
ON THE STRENGTHENING MECHANISM OF MEDIUM MANGANESE STEEL MADE WEAR RESISTANCE CRUSHER’S JAW
【摘要】 经过对中锰耐磨钢齿板残体的全面分析后确证,由于水韧处理后表面脱碳层的相变α~1马氏体强化和冲击磨损过程形成的形变α~1马氏体强化,使耐磨性高出高锰钢齿板1~2倍.中锰耐磨钢具有生产工艺简单可靠、成本低、耐磨性高等优点,推广应用中锰耐磨钢齿板具有明显的社会经济效益.
【Abstract】 Detail analysis of the broken jaws of a medium Mn steel showed that due to water toughening,the jaws decarburized surface layer transformed into α′ martensite during quenching which cause hardening,together with this,the hardening resulted by the impact abrasive wear induced α′ plastic forming martensite made medium Mn steel better in anti-wearing property which 1~2 fold above the high Mn steel conventionally used.The medium Mn steel made wear resistance jaws showed more simple and reliable in making technique,low cost,better in wearing resistance.The application to crusher proved the jaws are excellent in social economic effect too.
