缓进深磨烧伤色与氧化膜结构的研究

【摘要】 应用X射线光电子谱仪,在获取磨削弧区温度的基础上研究了K417镍基高温合金正常缓磨后及出现不同层次烧伤色后其表面氧化膜的成分和结构.结果表明,氧化膜不是出现烧伤色的试样所特有的.正常缓磨试样也存在烧伤色,只是氧化膜的厚度不同而已.磨削弧区温度越高,烧伤色层次越深,对应的氧化膜厚度越大.氧化膜是Ni、Cr、Ti、Al等元素的氧化物及晶体态Ni等以掺合结构所组成.

【Abstract】 On the basis of measuring temperature in contact zone,the compositions and structures of oxide films on both normal creep feed ground surface and surfaces with different burnt colour were studied by means of X-ray photoelectron spec-troscopy.The results showed that the oxide film was not peculiar to the sample with burnt colour.There also exsists a oxide film on the ground surface after normal creep feed grinding and the depth of this film is different with those of the films with burnt colour.The higher the temperature in contact zone,the deeper the shades of burnt surface and the thicker the corresponding oxide films.The grinding oxide films were mixture of Ni and oxides of Ni,Cr,AI,Ti,etc..
