【摘要】 本文采用示波极谱法,提出了在氯化金铵-六次甲基四胺-柠檬酸三铵-硫酸底液体系中测定血清中痕量铂的方法。在该体系内样品中铂于滴汞电极上产生一灵敏的催化波,峰电位为—0.92V。建立了适宜血清样品的消化条件和最佳底液体系。方法检出限为0.01ng·ml^-1 ,加标回收范围为80.2%～117.6%,平均回收率为97.4%,变异系数为2.5%～12.9%,线性范围为0.1～100ng·ml。本法灵敏快速,仪器设备简单,分析成本低,用于正常人和使用含铂抗癌药物病人的血清样品分析,结果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 A methed for determination of trace platinum in serum with oscillographic polarography was reported. In a basesolution of ammonium chloride-hexamethylene tetramine （urotropine）-ammonium citrate-sulphuric acid, platium in the samplecan produce a sensitive polarographic wave at the potential of-0. 92V （vs. SCE）,The digestion condition for serum samplesand the composition of the supporting electrolyte were optimized. The deterction limit was 0. 01 ng·ml^-1, The spiked recoverieswere in the range of 80. 2 %～117. 6 % （x=97. 4 %）. The coefficients of variation were 2. 5 %～12. 9 %. The method was sensitive and rapid without the need of expensive equipment. It was succesfully applied to the determina-tion of the serum samples from normal and patients having taken medicine containing cisplatin.更多还原
