主成分分析——析相光度法同时测定锌铁铜
PPLICATION OF THE PCA METHOD TO THE PHASE SEPARATION—SIMULTANEOU PHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF Zn(Ⅲ)Fe(Ⅱ)and Cu(Ⅱ)
【摘要】 本文研究了锌、铁、铜在苯基荧光酮(PF)—Triton X—100体系中的析相显色反应特性及适宜条件,提出了用主成分分析法(PCA)处理配合物吸收光谱严重重叠的干扰作用,同时测定谷物、人发中的锌、铁、铜的方法。当样品中锌/铁、铜的比率大于4时,该方法结果令人满意。本文还讨论了PCA法中各参数取值时对未知样品预报结果准确度的影响。
【Abstract】 The optimum condition and the characteristics of the phaseseparation chromogenic reaction of zinc, iron, copperwith phenylfluorone in the presence of triton X-100 have been studied thoroughly in this paper. It is proposed that the interfer-ence by the over lapping of the absorption spectrums of these metal complexes can be eliminated by the PCA treatment with aIBM-PC microprocessor. A method for the simultaneous determination of zinc. iron and copper in grain and human hair is pro-posed. The results obtained were quite satisfactory when the ratio of the content of Zn to Fe or Cu is greater than 4. The effectsof the choice of various parameters of the PCA method on the accuracy of the results of unknown samples were also discussed.
