超高灵敏显色反应测定微量铜的方法研究
STUDY ON A SUPERHIGH SENSITIVE COLOUR REACTION FOR THE DETERMINAT ION OF MICROAMOUNTS OF COPPER
【摘要】 本文研究了二苯碳酰二肼(DPC)—溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)—铜超高灵敏显色反应和吸光光度法测定微量铜的测定条件。络合物最大吸收波长510nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.65×10~6,铜量在0.05~1.0μg/25ml范围内服从比耳定律,该法灵敏度极高,选择性良好,并将此法应用于水、食品中微量铜测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A superhigh sensitive colour reaction of Cu (Ⅱ) with diphenylcarbazone in the presence of CPB is reported in thispaper. The absorption maximum of this complex is found to be at 510nm, with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.65×104.Beer’ s Law is obeyed in the concentration range of Cu (Ⅱ) 0.05~1.0μg/25ml, The proposed method has been applied to the de-termination of Cu (Ⅱ) in water and food with satisfactory results and good selectivity.
