顶吹氧平炉炼钢造渣熔剂的研究
RESERCH ON FLUXING MATERIAL FOR STEELMAKING IN OXYGEN-TOP BLOWING OF OPEN HEARTH
【摘要】 采用含钛渣作为顶吹氧气平炉炼钢的造渣熔剂,能够加速石灰熔解,促进碱性炉渣形成;在TiO2的参预下,使熔渣形成低熔点共熔相,缩小C2S固相区,扩大液相区;改善了冶炼过程中熔渣的性能,能够适应顶吹氧平炉炼钢造渣的要求。300t平炉每炉加入0.6~0.8t钛渣,能获得综合效果较好的熔渣,成本较低,是一种新的造渣熔剂。
【Abstract】 Selecting titanium-containing slag as flux for steelmaking in oxygen-top blowing of open hearth, will accelerate lime dissolution, and promote forming of basic slag. With an addition of TiO2, it will promote molten slag to form low melting point congruent melting phase and reduce zone of C2S solid phase as well extend zone of liquid phase. As a result, it improves the performance of molten slag in refining and meets the fluxing requirements for oxygen-top blowing of open hearth. The addition of 0.60.8T titanium-containing slag into 300t open hearth, can form the molten slag with better overall effect and lower cost. So, it is a new fluxing material.
