非晶合金短程序研究与回火条件的选取
Study of the Short Range Order in Amorphous Alloys and the Choice of Annealing Conditions
【摘要】 用核磁共振和穆斯堡尔效应配合研究了 Fe84B10C6非晶合金的短程序.探讨了用回火非晶合金来研究短程序时的最佳热处理条件.结果表明,在淬态非晶合金中存在体心四方型的 Fe3B 和正交型的 Fe3B 两种短程序.当用晶化方法来研究非晶合金的短程序时,推荐采用较低的回火温度(略高於非晶合金的晶化开始温度)和短的回火时间.
【Abstract】 The Short Range order(SRO)in Fe84B10C6 amorphous alloy was studied bymeans of nuclear magnetic resonance and M(?)ssbauer effect experiments.A detailed in-vestigation was carried out to look for the optimum annealing conditions for the SROstudy.It is found that there are body-centered tetragonal Fe3B-like and orthorhombic Fe3(B,C)-like SRO in the as-quenched alloy.In studying the SRO in amorphous alloy bycrystallization,a lower annealing temperature(Slightly higher than the crystallization-initiation point of the amorphous alloy)and a shorter annealing time are recommended.
