蜥蜴胃肠嗜银细胞的分布及形态学观察
Distribution and Morphologic Observation of Argyrophil Cells in Stomaches and Intestines of Lizards
【摘要】 本实验用肠卷石蜡切片的嗜银反应(黄荫乔法)对丽斑麻蜥(Eremias argus),草原沙蜥(Phrynocephalus frontalis)、变色沙蜥(Pbrynocephalus versicoior)的胃、肠嗜银细胞的分布及形态作了初步观察,结果如下:胃体中嗜银细胞密度最大,幽门嗜银细胞密度次之.在十二指肠中,除丽斑麻蜥外,其它两种蜥蜴细胞密度较大.在小肠中.丽斑麻蜥的嗜银细胞密度最大.3种蜥蜴的结肠嗜银细胞密度减少,直肠嗜银细胞密度略有升高.嗜银细胞主要分布于胃腺、肠腺内,结缔组织内偶尔见有单个嗜银细胞分布.此外,在腺内和固有层结缔组织基质中观察到有嗜银颗粒分布.认为嗜银细胞具有内、外分泌功能.
【Abstract】 Distribution and morphology of argyrophil cells in stomaches andintestines of three kinds of lizards were studied by means of Huang’smethod of argyrophil reaction on paraffin sections of intestine rolls.Theresults are as follows;The density of argyrophil cells is the highest inthree kinds of lizard stomaches,the density of argyrophil cells is higherin phrynocephalus frontalis and phrynocephalus versicolor duodenums,andEremias argus small intestine,the density of argyrophil decreases incolons and slightly increases in rectums.The argyrophil cells are rich inepithelium mucosae glands of stomaches and intestine glands and scarce inchoria.Some argyrophil cells can be found in the connective tissues oflamina proprias,being irregular in shape and possessing processes;thecytoplasms and processes are full of argyrophil granules,which sometimescan be found outside the cells.This indicates that argyrophil cells mayhave endocrine and exocrine functions.
