山楂果实生长与成熟期间呼吸速率与植物激素的动态变化研究

【摘要】 本文对兰州地区引种的山楂物候期与果实生长规律进行了观察,系统的测定了山楂果实生长与成熟期间呼吸速率以及内源植物激素 IAA、GA3、ABA、玉米素和乙烯的变化规律.结果表明:山楂果实呈现独特的多 S 生长曲线,IAA/ABA 的平衡比例与果实生长周期呈密切相关.它具有明显的呼吸跃变与乙烯生成,应归为跃变果实.

【Abstract】 The phenological stages and the seasonal patterns in fruit growthof fine varieties of hawthorn(Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.Var.majorN.E.Br.)in Lanzhou area were observed.The respiratory rate ofhawthorn fruit during growing and ripening periods and its changes inthe levels of endogenous phytohormones—IAA,GA3,ABA,zeatin andethylene were investigated.Results showed that hawthorn fruit growthfollowed a specific multi-sigmoid curve,and the balance of phytohormonesin IAA/ABA was closely related with fruit growth.Owing to the obviousrespiration climacteric and ethylene production in hawthorn fruit,it showedbelong to the climacteric fruits.
