【摘要】 对39例急性白血病用MTT法检测4种化疗药物的细胞毒性(CT)。结果显示柔红霉素的CT强于阿霉素(P<0.05),阿糖胞苷与环胞苷的CT差别无显著性(P>0.05)。同类药物的CT呈直线正相关,不同类药物的CT无相关。ALL与ANLL以及不同性别患者的白血病细胞对化疗药物的敏感性差别无显著性(P>0.05)。年龄、化疗前外周血Hb,WBC,BPC和骨髓原+早(幼)细胞波(%)与药物的细胞毒性无相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cytotoxicities(CT) of adriamycin (ADR), daunornbicin (DNR), cyto-sine arabinoside(Ara-C) and cyclocitidine(CC) to leukemic cells were measured with MTT as-say in 39 patients with acute leukemia. It was found that CT of DNR was stronger than that ofADR (P<0.05). There was no difference between CT of Ara-C and CT of CC (P>0.05).CT of the same kind of anticancer drugs appeared positive linear correlations. No differenceswere found in CTs between ALL and ANLL, and between male and female patients. Therewere no linear correlations between CTs and patients ages, Hb, WBC. BPC and blasts in thebone marrow before chem(?)herapy respectively.更多还原
