【Abstract】 In a retrospective study of 1632 consecutive patients over 50 years of age, degenerative calcific valvular disease(DCVD) was detected by 2-dimentional echocardio-graph in 26 patients. The prevalence of DCVD is 7.7% and significantly increase with age. The aortic valve is the most common calcific one. Clinic study shows that the most often concomitants of DCVD are coronary heart disease and hypertension. DCVD is also an important fact inducing heart failure and arrhythmia in senile.更多还原
