【摘要】 本文报告了5例既往诊断为自体免疫性甲状腺炎的帕金森病病例,5例患者均具有典型的帕金森病的四大主征。甲状腺功能测定:TSH值正常,T₃、T₄、rT₃值偏低,而抗甲状腺微粒体抗体和抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体明显高于正常值。作者提出在自体免疫性甲状腺炎与帕金森病之间很可能存有某种联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five cases of Autoimmunitic thyroiditis （AIT） associated with Parkinson’s disease （PD） are reported. There were typical 4-item symptoms of PD in these 5 cases. Examination of thyroid function showed normal TSH and lower T₃, T₄, rT₃, but serum thyroglubulin antibody （TGAb） and thyroid microsomal antibody （TMAb） were much higher than normal.
