【摘要】 本文报告了50例癫痫患者事件相关电位(ERP)和智能检查的研究结果,并分析病程、发作类型与P300和智能的关系。结果显示癫痫病程15年以上的病人其智能障碍的发生率高,癲痫的发作类型不同对智力的影响不同,以全身性发作影响最高。将P300和智能检查结合起来应用于临床,会提高检测的准确性,并且能更客观地反映患者的智力水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of Event-Related Potentials (ERP) and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) in 50 epileptics are reported. The relationship between the course or types of epilepsy and P300 or WAIS were analysed. P300 and WAIS were examined at the same time and a comparison study was made. The results showed that the incidence of intelligence disturbances increased in patients with the course of epilepsy more than 15 years and that different types of epilepsy had a varied influence on intelligence, specifically patients with generalized seizure being with the lowest intelligence. Combination of P300 and WAIS in the clineal research can increase the accuracy in determing patient’s intelligence level, or in deciding the influence of the disease upon one’s intelliqence.更多还原
