【摘要】 本文用双盲法对比研究了在小剂量催产素连续点滴,保持宫缩频率和宫缩时间在理想情况下,单纯应用0.125%布比卡因10ml（B组）和结合芬太尼25μg（BF₂5组）、50μg(BF₅₀组)及单纯芬太尼50μg(F₅₀组)间断硬膜外注射时的量效关系。结果:注药后5minVAPS值BF₅₀组明显少于其他三组（P<0.05）,以后15、30、60min混合用药组的VAPS组均少于单纯布比卡因或单纯芬太尼组。统计学处理有非常显著的差异（P<0.01）。在30和60min,BF₅₀组的VAPS值明显低于BF₂₅组（P<0.05）。产程综合评分也显示产程镇痛效果与芬太尼用量呈正相关。产程活跃期时间、第二产程时间、催产素用量、胎吸率及副作用各组之间无显著性差异（P>0.05）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analgesic effects of epidural small dose of fentanyl/0.125% bupivacaine combinations were observed during vaginal delivery in 40 primipara parturients. They were randomly allocated into 4 groups, i. e 0.125% bupivacaine combining with fentanyl 50μg(group BF₅₀) or 25μg (group BF₂₅),0.125% bupivacaine （group B） and fentanyl 50μg （group F） as comparing groups with 10 cases each. Analgesic effect was estimated by means of Visual Analg Pain Scale（VAPS） at 5,15,30,60 min after epidural bolus injection of 10ml of above solutions. Results showed that at 5min the VAPS of group BF₅₀ was significantly lower than that of the remaining 3 groups,while at 15,30 and 60min, the VAPS of two fentanyl/bupivacaine combination groups was lower than that of group B and group F. At 30min and 60 min,the analgesic effect was relatively better in BF₅₀than in BF₂₅. The qualities of the first and the second stages of labor,as well as Apgar scores,were of no sigificant difference among 4 groups. The authors supposed that 25 or 50μg fentanyl/0.125% bupivacaine was a safe and effective combiantion for analgesia during labor.更多还原
