【摘要】 本文报告34例口腔粘膜鳞癌术前高剂量顺铂(DDP)和平阳霉素、长春新碱(PVP)联合化疗临床资料,包括严格的水化利尿措施。6天为一疗程,21天后评定疗效后手术。近期疗效中:CR 5例;PR 24例;NR5例。总有效率为850.29％(29/34)。作者就DDP及其PVP方案的组成及其基础,治疗过程中出现毒副反应的防治和临床意义进行了讨论,肯定了DDP的治疗价值,并同正态剂量依赖关系有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, 34 patient’s Clinic date of combination Chemotherapy with high dosage DDP, PYM and VCR(PVP) priorto operation for mouth cavity mucosa squamous cell cancer, including strict hydration and diuresis measures, are reported. A therapy course consisted of six days, After 21 days treatment, the outcome of therapy was evaluated and then the operation was performed, of the 34 patients, 5 had a complete remission, 24 a partial response and 5 no response, yielding a 85.29% Overrall response rate (29 of 34), Authors’ study in volved with the scheme for DDP and PVP and its basis, The prevention and treatement for poisonous-ness sideeffect appeared in the therapy process and its clinic significance have also been discussed, The results show that DDP has important the rapy value for ’mouth cavity mocosa squamous cell cancer and its effect is concerned with the increment of dosage.更多还原
