【摘要】 用毛细管气相色谱保留指数法和标准样品叠加法以及色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术分析了大叶含笑(Michelia fallaxa Dandy)叶精油的化学成分。从45m×0.25mmOV-101弹性石英毛细管柱分离出来的58个色谱峰中,鉴定出44个成分,占该挥发油总量的95.69％。其主要化学成分是橙花叔醇(12.83％)、β-石竹烯(10.11％)、金合欢醇(8.17％)、愈创木醇(7.86％)、乙酸香叶酯(4.32％)、乙酸松油酯(3.62％)、β-蒎烯(3.58％)以及3-己烯-1-醇、别香树烯、δ-榄香烯、榄香醇、榄香素等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chemical constituents of the essential oil from leaf of Michelia fallaxa Dandy were compared with authentic samples on GC and analyzed by GC/MS/DS technique. Among the 58 constituents separated, 44 components,which make up 95.69% of the total oil,were identified.
