湿地松纸浆材化学成分的变异

【摘要】 报道了湿地松纸浆材主要化学成分含量的变异。纤维素含量由髓心向外呈递增的趋势,10年后趋于稳定;本质素、戊聚糖含量由髓心向外呈递减的趋势,10~12年后变化缓慢。髓心附近(2~4年),纤维素、木质素、戊聚糖含量分别为39.56%、31.58%、14.77%;树皮附近(14~16年)三者含量均值分别为46.15%、27.74%、11.40%。纤维素、戊聚糖及木质素含量与生长轮年龄高度相关。苯-醇抽出物含量由髓心向外递减至12年达最小值,而后呈递增的趋势,其均值为3.95%,变动在0.4%~10.37%之间。树干轴向,木质素、戊聚糖含量由树干基部向上呈递增的趋势;纤维素含量由基部向上递减,而后稍为增加;苯-醇抽出物含量由树干基部向上增加,而后递减。方差分析表明湿地松木材纤维素、木质素含量株间差异不显著,戊聚糖含量株间差异显著。综合湿地松不同林龄全树木材化学成分含量考虑,其纸浆林最低主伐年龄在12年左右较好。

【Abstract】 The content variability of main chemical constituents of slash pine ( P. elliottii ) for pulpwood is reported in this paper. Cellulose content of the wood in radial direction increases from pith to bark, and is stable after 10 years old. Lignin and pentosan contents decrease gradually from pith outward, and have little variation after 10 to 12 years old. Average wood composition near the pith (2 to 4 years old) is :cellulose 39. 56%,lignin 31.58% ,pentosan 14. 77%; and that near the bark (14 to 16 years old) is:cellulose 46.15%, lignin 27. 74%,pentosan 11.40%. (% of o. d. weight). The contents of cellulose, lignin and pentosan related significantly to the ages of growth ring. The content of benzen-alcohol extractives decreases in radial direction from pith to 12 growth ring, then increases to bark. The extractive content varies from 0. 40% to 10. 33%. Its mean is 3. 95%. Along the trunk, lignin and pentosan contents increase from base to top t cellulose content decreases first, then increases slightly ; benzen-alcohol extractives content first increases, then decreases from base to top.Statistical analysis indicates that there are no significant differences in cellulose, lignin contents of slash pine between trees, but the changes in pentosan content are obvious. Based on variation in the whole tree’s chemical composition, the shortest harvesting age of slash pine for pulpwood is about 12 years.
