【摘要】 作者报告了三例经手术病理证实的卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的临床及CT 表现,分析了其中2例经化疗后转移的CT 特点。CT 主要表现为:(1)盆腔内囊实性肿块,部分肿块内有钙化;(2)网膜饼状转移;(3)脏器的浆膜及系膜播散;(4)钙化性转移。CT 对本病的诊断与分期均优于临床检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical and CT findings of 3 cases of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma withproved by surgery and pathology were reported.The CT features of metastasis after chemical therapy of2 cases in this series were analyzed.The CT findings were:(1)mixed cystic and solid mass in pelvis,calcification in some masses;(2)“omental cake”metastasis;(3)serora and mesentery metastasis inviscera;(4)calcification metastasis.CT is superior to clinical examination in diagnosis and staging of thisdisease.更多还原
