【摘要】 应用OKT单克隆抗体借助间接免疫荧光法测定49例受检者外周血T细胞亚群,结果表明,喉癌组OKT₈⁺细胞百分率显著升高,OKT₄⁺/OKT₈⁺比值显著低于正常组和良性病变组。并且,喉癌患者外周血中T细胞亚群的分布与临床分期有一定关系。提示喉癌患者总的细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态,晚期表现尤为显著。表明测定外周血T细胞亚群,对于了解喉癌患者的免疫状态、监测病情变化和估价预后有一定临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using indirect immunofluorescene method with OKT monoclonal antibodies,T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood were investigated in 49 cases (21 with laryngeal cancer,8 laryngeal benign lesion and 20 were healthy volunteers ). All the results showed that OKT8+ ,percentage in the laryngeal cancer group was significantly higher and OKT4+/OKT8+ ratio was lower than that of the control groups. The level of T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in laryngeal cancer was closely related to the clinical stage of laryngeal cancer. The results suggested that host cell immune function of laryngeal cancer stands in suppressed state,especially in advanced stage. The change of the number and ratio of T lymphocyte subsets may provide important clinical value for understanding the host immunity of laryngeal cancer,monitoring patient’s condition,and evaluating prognosis.更多还原
