【Abstract】 A new surgical procedure dealing with vidian nerve for treating vaso-motor rhinitis, allergic rhinitis and nasal polyps was introduced. Upon 4 years follow-up study, the total effective- rate was 66% (among them vaso-motor rhinitis ,73 %). The clinical ap-llication of vidian nerve surgery, the prevention of complication, and the approach of surgical access to vidian nerve were discussed.更多还原
