【摘要】 利用计算机技术对注浆过程中工艺参数进行自动检测与控制,对注浆结束后的大量数据进行处理,是提高注浆技术水平的重要手段。铜录山帷幕注浆工程中应用计算机技术,实现了注浆工艺参数的自动检测与控制,以及各数据处理的自动化与形象化。采用的控制系统是以单片机8031为核心,辅以各种接口电路所构成。整个系统抗干扰能力强,在现场干扰很强的条件下仍能正常工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Monitoring and automatic control of technological parameters in the grout process with computer and processing of a large amount of data after completing grout work are important to rais technical level of grouting. In the eurtain grout project at Tonglushan mine computer technology was used, monitoring and automatical control of grout technology parameters were realized, along with automation and imagery of all the data processing. The control system, which consists of a 8031 monolithic processor and various interface circuits, has a powerful capability against interference and functions normally under strong interference in the field.更多还原
